In this Water Damage Restoration Project Dryfast team is dealing with a serious flooding in a big commercial building which has a fitness in it in the downtown of San Francisco. In this area of the town is difficult to find a place to park because the traffic is usually heavy.
It’s a case of commercial water loss and the team should perform a water containment as fast as possible. All units of this buidling are affected by the flooding and require a considerable amount of time for the project to be finished completely. A total of 4000 sq ft are flooded.
The first task for the Dryfast team is to extract the water from all carpets and hard surfaces
As you can see from this video the trucks of Dryfast are arriving at the job site. They are many for this project since the flooding requires much equipment in order to be contained as fast as possible.
To take care of the situation they had to set up a lot of their water damage restoration equipment such as fans and dehumidifiers in order to remove the moisture in the whole building. They also had to remove all base boards from the floor.
As you can see from the video here the team has already brought dehumidifiers in the hallway and the utility room and had fans running. They expect to bring back the property to its previous state and back to business in about 3 to 4 days.
This video shows that Dryfast team have already removed 200 linear ft of baseboards. The workers are protecting all the wires, in order to avoid tripping hazards. The dehumidifiers are on and the fans are about to be set up which means the property is going to be dry soon.
As you can see on this video, a big part of the hallway area is affected by the flooding. The team of Dryfast are going to set up dehumidifiers and air-movers.
