Q. Do you schedule work on weekends?
A. Yes, at no extra cost.

Q. Is your office open on weekends?
A. Yes. Our office is open seven days a week, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Q. Do you work with insurance companies?
A. We work with all property insurance companies, and use the same estimation software for maximum interconnectivity.

Q. Are you properly licensed and insured?
A. Yes. Dryfast has construction and contracting licenses active in the states of California and Nevada, as well as General Liability, Pollution Liability, and Workers' Compensation insurance.

Q. Are you a City of San Francisco vendor?
A. Yes, we are a certified city vendor.

Q. Do you respond to after-hours emergencies?
A. Of course. We respond to any Bay Area emergency within forty-five minutes, 24 hours a day.

Q. Are the people who work for you actual employees or subcontractors?
A. Everyone who performs work for Dryfast is an actual employee on our payroll.

Q. Do you provide free consultation for construction or other projects?
A. Yes. Inspections and consultations are completely free for all services.

Q. Can you write an inspection report?
A. Of course. Dryfast writes inspection reports and develops work protocols for all services.

Q. Do you have storage at your facility for our personal belongings?
A. Yes. Our facility is 20,000 square feet;as a result, we can provide storage for all personal belongings affected by water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, or construction. Large jobs often require packing and storage transportation, which we provide in a secure, climatecontrolled environment, with 24 hour protection.
