Step 1: Call for a appointment
Call us for an explanation of our services, disposal rates and to arrange a collection time that is convenient to you. Bookings are scheduled in 2 hour slots - you choose a day and 2 hour window that suites your schedule. Our truck team will call you 15-30 minutes before their arrival.

Step 2: Get a free estimate
Upon the arrival of the truck team, simply indicate what it is you would like removed - where ever it may be on your property. Using the rate card, the service representative will access the volume and nature of materials you wish to dispose of and provide you with a written estimate. If you are pleased with the quote, the service representative will come prepared to complete the job for you right away.

Step 3: We'll remove debris
Once all your junk is loaded into the truck, the team will sweep the site thoroughly. Payment is processed only after your complete satisfaction. Your junk is then transported to the proper disposal facility, charity or recycling center.

Pricing

For most items, we charge based on volume, the space your garbage takes up in our trucks. In some cases, special recycling surcharges imposed by your local authorities may apply to certain items such as refrigerators or tires. Regardless of the situation, our prices are clear and upfront, and we only charge you for the rate you agree on.

For safety reasons, with very dense materials such as concrete or gravel, we can load the truck only to a depth of one foot. In these cases, we use our 'bedload' rates.

Without actually seeing your level of garbage for hauling out, it's difficult to give you a set price over the phone or online. We're happy to send a team to your location that can provide you with a no-obligation upfront price, and will be prepared to get started on the spot should you choose to hire DryFast as your professional trash removal service. Even if you can't be onsite, we can still come by, take a look and then call you with an estimate for your job.
